RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Field incoming calls, walk-ins, and email inquiries. Work with other team members to coordinate customer protection proposals and plans.
- Make outbound customer sales calls and return calls. Troubleshoot problems and inquiries. Communicate with prospects and customers, inbound/outbound, to educate, explain and encourage good insurance decisions for their homes, cars, toys, income, and lives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research coverage questions, prepare customer proposals, makes sales presentations, interpret rules and guidelines, handle client communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Insurance or sales experience of any kind would be helpful, although previous exposure to insurance is not required. Many of our associates come from other backgrounds.
- Insurance licenses for property, casualty, life and health, not required upon application.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, & team collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, proficiency in Outlook, typing, phone skills, computer proficiency.
Compensation: $2,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
